Reef Life Survey (RLS) offers you the opportunity to search and download their survey data that has been collected globally; you can query their survey data online and download the survey data for free. Once you think you have a good reckoning on your species you could perhaps cross-reference what you have with the RLS invertebrate data collected available for the relevant area. It may provide further support for the final species identification.
