I'm working on the mouse transplantation model of gastric cancer. I have injected human gastric cell lines in mouse stomach, and I want to separate cells derived from human and mouse in tumor, respectively. Is there any markers could help to separate these two kinds of cells?
We often use mouse class I and human class I or beta2-microglobulin. They are expressed on all nucleated cells, generally in high amounts.
