I have finished my Ph.D. dissertation in Urban Green Building Systems.
Now I have to prepare an ISI-Q4 article from my dissertation, to complete it.
I have published several ISC documents, but I have no experience in preparing ISI-Q4 papers. I started writing down the paper, but it may takes long time.
Please let me know if there be any kind of help for writing down this paper.
I can not add co-author because of university restrictions, but I may pay for the helps in preparation.

if u drusd your resulds of your work u should submid journals indexed by ISI or scopus reladed your subject.

There are other high-quality journals indexed in other scientific databaces.
If you want to definitely publish in an ISI Journal, you can find a Journal that is indexted in ISI (International Scientific Indexing). Send you paper to them, the procedure will be the same as other journals.
