Is there any free software for XRD .org files and XRD .raw files?

I have .org, .raw and text files for XRD. But I'm unable to open XRD curves and peaks figures from these files.

Probably this answer is useless for you by now but it may be of help to other future users.

If you just want your diffractograms, you may use PowDLL, a free converter. You can turn them to .xy ascii files and from there view them in excel, origin or other many softwares.

Be aware that there are a lot of types of ".raw" files.
