The volume of nanoparticle that can be loaded in polymer solution for electrospinning as to identified by trail and error.

1. Start from minimum loading and increase it till you get a bead free fibers. (Note: load the nanoparticles w.r.t. to polymer weight.)

Maximum loading dependents on various parameters like M.W. of Polymer, viscosity of the solution, concentration of the solution, and the increase in conductivity & the change in viscosity of the solution as we load nanoparticles.

Thank you for you answer. Well, I know that I have to do a lot of trials before selecting the best amount of NPs I should insert into the polymer solution but I was thinking if there is a mathematical equation that could help me in resolving this issue.

However, thank you for your answer and surely I will do it in this manner.
