Is there any formulas to calculate the amount of Nanoparticles to be inserted into polymeric scaffold volume ?

I would like to ask if there any formulas to determine the mass/volume of Nanoparticles to be inserted into polymeric solution to prepare electrospun fleeces ?? Thank you
