Is there any equivalent (replacement ) product for Vistamaxx™ propylene-based elastomer on the market?

Vistamaxx is composed of isotactic propylene repeat units with random ethylene distribution. It is called as propylene based elastomer or propylene-ethylene eloastomer.

Is there any other product on the market which can replace Vistamaxx?
