When I performed moderated analysis on SPSS (stepwise method), all relationships between variables (i.e., dependent, independent, moderated) were significant and positive. However, when I used Hayes Process Method on SPSS, the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and the impact of the moderator variable on the dependent variable were found significant and negative. I could not understand why the result changed like this. If you share your idea with me, I will be grateful. Thanks for helping.
