Does anyone have experience with sino biologicals re: custom antibodies?

i'm considering using their new IHC guaranteed rabbit polyclonal development service. the pay scheme splits the risk of failure between the company and the customer.

if no info on sino biologicals, any vendor recommendations for developing IHC antibodies?
