Hi. I am wondering to know If there is any kind of simulators or software which analyze and simulate molecular metabolism pathways with controlling the enzymes and interact with the user?
foe rxample to show us if in that metabolism we deactivate an enzyme what will go on in that pathways?

I do not know of the existence of such an analyzer, which does not mean it doesn't exist. But the question of cancer metabolism is complicated enough to think that the type of analyzer you are looking for, will be very difficult to find. Unfortunately we still know very little about the metabolic pathways in cancer. For such an analyzer to be assembled means that it should "know" beyond doubts how metabolism in cancer works.
It is not only enzymes that are involved in cancer metabolism, but mainly cell signaling pathways like for example those initiated by HIF, Akt, Myc, etc. Any analyzer should also have an input about gene drivers of the tumor and the exact nature of the relation between these drivers, the signaling pathways and enzymes involved in the metabolic processes.
How tumor microenvironment acts on the intracellular signaling pathways and metabolic enzymes is another connundrum that an automated analyzer would not be able to evaluate.
So, if such an analyzer would exist, I do not think that our present knoledge is enough to feed it with complete and adequate data.
But I am sure that a few years from now, such an analyzer will be a reality.
