Liem Phan, thanks for your answer. I am aware of the gene expression changes after irradiation. What exactly i want to know is "is there any difference in the gene expression profiles in blood samples collected 30 min post irradiation and incubated at 37C in RPMI medium for four hours and blood collected after four hours after irradiation procedure. Same time (4 hr) but one is in vivo and second condition is in vitro.
