In the normal SPE, you have media packed in a tube, you load the liquid sample to retain your analyte or interference. You then elute with solvent to get analyte. For dispersive SPE, you suspend the media in the sample solution to trap interference from the solution, and you analyze the solution for the target. For MSPD, you mix the media with solid sample e.g. ground meat or fruit and vegetable to form a dry body, you pack this body into a tube and elute with solvent to allow your target analyte from the body. For the SPDE, it is very new to me and you may have issue finding the supplies (Japanese product). I would use normal SPE, DSPE, or MSPD before looking into the SPDE. Good Luck.
