I HAVE NOTICED THAT COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY IS NOT WORKING IN ITS FULL IN THE PATIENTS WITH LOW SOCIO-ECONOMIC BACK GROUND 

That is an interesting observation, because Patti Resick developed it largely with underserved minority populations of women who had been sexually assaulted.  Perhaps we can get Dr. Resick to comment. 

Could you say more about CBT- what are you using it for and in what population? female, male, adults, children, and how are you defining low socio-economic background? It is difficult to answer your questions without much background. Thanks.
