I like to use Slide-a-lyzers from Thermo-Fisher for buffer exchanges during or after protein purification.

I use Tube-o-dialyzers quite often and I have no complaints. The tubes can tip in the buffer sometimes, which can cause the membrane to come out of the liquid. So just make sure that you're stirring it at a low speed.
Hello Rubaiya San, for quicker dialysis, you can simply use desalting columns (Desalting Columns | Fisher Scientific) as it is cheaper and easy to handle. Even you do not need to wait for overnight dialysis.
