You can use MIT BIH ST Change Database which comprises mainly the recordings from stress test. I am not sure but you can also check some recordings of European ST-T database which are on higher heart rates. T-wave challenge database also has 100 recordings at around 110 bpm so you can use that too.
Use MGH/MF waveform database in which ECG signals comprise of a broad spectrum of physiologic and pathophysiologic states. By getting into description of header file or describe record through physionet ATM tool, you can select the required record.
