Diagnosis of dermatophytic (Skin,Hair,Nail fungal infections ) infections and their sensitivity for fungal agents is difficult conventionally. so i have raised this question, is there any commercial kit available globally for doing so?

Dear Prof Shukla, if you can't follow classical approaches, one interesting alternative is viability PCR. The feasibility of this approach has been successfully demonstrated at least with Candida albicans .
