Is there any charactersitic shown in dlc coating on 800cm-1 in raman spectra?

I have depoited the DLC coating using polycarbonate as target material and silicon as substrate. when i observed the raman spectra there is a another peak shown around 800cm-1 other than G or D peak.

what is that peak for?
