HN detected NMR methods for resonance assignment of IDPs is not so efficient because of the poor dispersion of peaks and reduced sensitivity due to rapid exchange of amide protons. assignment Prolines is also not possible in HN detected.
Alternate methods are based HA detected and 13C detected. Among this which is better ? as far as I know 13C based methods have sensitivity limitations. Is there any advantage for 13C detected methods over HA detected methods?
