HN detected NMR methods for resonance assignment of IDPs is not so efficient because of the poor dispersion of peaks and reduced sensitivity due to rapid exchange of amide protons. assignment Prolines is also not possible in HN detected.
Alternate methods are based HA detected and 13C detected. Among this which is better ? as far as I know 13C based methods have sensitivity limitations. Is there any advantage for 13C detected methods over HA detected methods?

You are correct HN detected methods are difficult due to limited dispersion of the signals. HA detected methods can be problematic as the HA region is close to the water resonance. 13C detected methods are certainly advantageous for the reasons you mention, dispersion and ability to see Pro resonances. The requirements are typically somewhat higher concentrations and the availability of a cryogenically cooled probe with cold 13c preamplifier. On a Bruker this would be a TCI cryopreobe. Even better are TXO cryoprobes that are optimized for 13C observation. Recently 15N detection has also been employed for IDP's and now probes that are optimized for 15N detection have become available.
