There are many papers and books about the peer review in the case of academic journals or academic books or grants for research projects but I can not find publications on the processes of accreditation of university degrees by the Quality Agencies. Thank you.

You can conduct a research on various educational research journals on databases and other research engine. Depending on the school library you are currently enrolled with, check out Walden or Capella University search databases.
Someone mentioned that there are many peer review and expert criteria that is associated to any accredited universities.

The Region 8 Journal has been published annually since 2009 and covers business accreditation topics in addition to an annual conference theme and applied applied research.

AACSB, which is a business accreditation, has a member forum where people ask questions. Some questions are related to tbe peer review process.
Often times responses include links or citations to scholarly references.
