Is there an engineer who could service our Agilent Cary 500 UV/vis spectrophotometer?

We have an Agilent Cary 5000 UV/vis/NIR spectrophotometer that isn’t behaving well. The spectra are very noisy, no better than our Cary 50. It needs an expert to look at it, but unfortunately Agilent’s terms of working make us unable to use them. Does anyone know of an engineer who could come and look at it for us please? In the Eastern region of UK.
