Hello, I have been reviewing several articles on DNA methylation quantification for aging studies. I don't want to do a complete genome DNA methylation quantification, since it is quite costly, but how can I do a site-specific DNA methylation quantification? Most PCR-centered methods offer only methylated/not-methylated assessment which I don't think is good enough for age quantification. The bisulfite transformation seems to be the golden standard, but by the end of it, it only quantifies methylated/not-methylated analysis. Am I missing something?

Thanks a million in advance for your help
