According to a paper published in 50th IWCS conference "Sag-Tension Calculations for Aerial Cable with Linear or Nonlinear Tensile Properties" by T. C. Chu, there are simple equations with one unknown to determine the final state (after creep and after maximum load) of a suspended cable if the initial state (stringing tension) is known. This article describes the model of a level span but not an inclined one. Assume known initial, final, and after creep module of elasticity using the definition of ruling span.
