For what reason are you looking for an alternative? Cost, performance, etc.?

If you can suspend your nanostructure in the centre of a tube you could look at using a roller, see:

If the structure is small enough to suspend in a small Eppendorf, you could look at this:

https://www.ika.com/laboratory-equipment/products/shakers/products/2966/loopster-digital-package

You can also attach platforms to most vortex shakers.

Sorry the answer is not well defined. If you can provide some more details on what exactly you are looking to achieve I am sure somebody can assist.

Actually, we do not have this apparatus in our department so I have to look for an alternative method or device.

Many thanks for the information you have provided. In my project I am encapsulating a hydrophilic material inside protein based nanotubes in order to determine the encapsulation efficiency I need to provide a gentle shaking to wash the surface of the nanotubes prior to running HPLC in order to determine the free hydrophilic core material.
