Is there a web tool that enables searching for all known biological activities for a specific chemical compound?

Good evening. I am facing a problem with GC-mass data analysis. It is well known for anyone who dealt with GC-mass that the report contains many chemical compounds listed in their IUPAC name. When i need to know the biological activity for one of them, i search for its synonyms using Pubchem and then search for the biological activity of that synonym using Google Scholar. This process is time-consuming and in most cases not effective. Several online web tools have been developed to predict biological activities of novel chemical compounds, so i thought that it is possible to find a similar tool (or library or even a program) that includes all reported biological activities about a known chemical compound. Is there any?
