I know that in some perovskite fields, pre-heating (a method of raising the substrate temperature by heating the substrate with a hot plate) is used instead of antisolvent. It seems hard to achieve reproducibility because the cooling rate is very fast and the spin coating needs to be very dust-free while moving and loading the substrate. Is there a way to spin coat with reproducible pre-heating (hot-casting)?
