I would like to model in HFSS (or CST/FEKO) an array of pin-diode switches, integrated in a beamformer consisting of a parallel plate and some other microstrip circuits.

We are not going to simulate the biasing network of the diodes. In the simulation we simply add a equivalent resistance value, when the diode is ON.
When the switch is OFF, then a parallel combination of resistor and capacitor is added.
After fabrication, we need to add biasing circuitry to activate and deactivate switches.

- How exactly bias network can be designed later without affecting the radiation performance of the MSA? Any pointers/Reference designs on that?
- I need to design the bias network. for a RF PIN DIODE switch re configurable antenna.

The effect of biasing network on MSA is a limitation of the switching based re-configurable antennas. So, it is only possible to reduce the effect up to some point.

You just place small rectangular strips where you want to insert PIN diodes.
Select the strip.
Right click on it.
Go to assign boundary.
Then chose lumped RLC and declare value of "R" when switch is "ON" and declare value of "C" when switch is "OFF".
In case of switch ON it will have some resistance.
In case of switch OFF, it will have some capacitance and resistance.
The values of R and C depends upon the different PIN diodes. They are generally given in datasheets of particular PIN diode.
