Is there a way to simulate a pin-diode in an electromagnetic simulator, using its physical characteristics?

I would like to model in HFSS (or CST/FEKO) an array of  pin-diode switches, integrated in a beamformer consisting of a parallel plate and some other microstrip circuits.
