Is there a validated food frequency questionaire for flavonoid intake in the UK?

Most studies seem to use the 131 question FFQ to quantify flavonoid intake but this does not appear to be specifically validated.

Am trying to develop a lesson/lab to determine and compare antioxidant properties of soybeans of various colors. Preference would be low tech and low cost. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
