Is there a suitable organic solvent for one of those barium salts such as barium acetate, chloride, nitrate, carbonate or sulphate?

Im trying to synthesize sols containing barium, which will then be converted into fiber.. problem is only barium nitrate dissolves in DMSO, but DMSO seems not to be very suitable for electrospinning process, because it doesnt evaporate quickly enough
