I don't have that model at hand, but I did look at Engagement Theory as a consideration for teaching digital natives, which I hope would be helpful for you.

You may be having a problem because it is Vicki (with an i, not a y).
As Guillermo Rivera points out, she has a book listed many places but easily available on the Ken Blanchard leadership site:http://www.kenblanchard.com/brilliancebydesign/
The only other open source, online, reference for her is: https://cirt.gcu.edu/blogs/thoughts-on-teaching/engage-your-students-make-a-difference
Thank you, I will check it out. I am a big fan of Blanchard leadership, so items appearing on that site get moved up on my potential read list. And, now with your endoresment, I will add it to my summer reading list.
There is an article entitled 'Connecting Californians with the Chaparral through the ENGAGE Model' written by Victoria W. Halsey and Richard W. Halsey where they show how the six steps in the ENGAGE model by Vicki Halsey could be used as a strategy for teaching naturalist education programs. The article is accessible on Google scholar.
