Are you looking for a measure of psychological psychological wellbeing or problems in psychological wellbeing. All of the above relate to screening for problems.
If this IS what you are looking for, the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (see above) has the advantage that it is FREE, has been validated in many countries (but the total problems score is more robust than the subscales for cross-cultural use), has been translated into a wide range of languages, is available in parent-report, teacher-report and self-report formats, and includes a measure of positive adaptation (prosocial behaviour).
