Right now i am working on an experiment using two yeast strains Pichia stipitis BCRC 21777 and Kluyveromyces marxianus K 21. I am planning to observe their fermentation capabilities using basic ethanol fermentation medium.

How I plan to do is take 1 ml of 5% BCRC 21777 and 1 ml of 5% K 21 and add it to 98 ml of the fermentation medium. I am not sure if this is the correct method. I have to apologize but i have never done co-culturing before and would love to hear your expert opinions.
