I am trying to find a way to process raw ballistocardiogram data stemming from an Emft QS bed sensor. Standard software for processing heart rate data from ECG or Photoplethymography such as Kubios, RHRV do not seem to support this type of data. The signal is much more complex as the waveform varies greatly depending on factors such as bed frame, mattress, person and body position.

The software/toolbox should contain algorithms that allow for the identification of peaks that correspond to actual heartbeats, so that I can calculate interbeat intervals (IBIs) and from those, measures of heart rate variability (HRV).
