I hope no software tool for this., but if you know the sequence means you can find the nature of N&C-terminal hydrophobic or hydrophilic nature.. genscript have that software but it was paid  one., it also not much proper result.  some software is there but it won't give correct information regarding this i have experienced.

if any advanced came or not that i don't know..
