We do not have a specific Depression Scale for litigants. I will forward the Beck's Depression Inventory scale that could be use for all population.

Just curious! Why would you want a customized depression scale for litigants? Are they socioculturally distinct from the rest of the population?

It is better to use BDI(Beck Depression Inventory) scale to assess Mental distress and Common mental disorders.

Thank you all for your responses. But I must say that I am actually looking for a scale that asks questions about the kinds of stressors that litigants experience. I hope that this clarifies the question.
