Dear all, I am wondering if you can suggest a review article that compares between different rf amplifying devices and also the materials used there. For example, there are rf amplifiers using Silicon LDMOS, GaAs MESFETs, HBTs and HEMTs. There are also GaN and SiC HEMTs. Is there any single report where I can find a comparison between all of them. The parameters that I am looking for is the frequency bandwidth, the power, size, etc.
