Is there a relationship between ion channel modulators and bone health?

I am performing a simple bioinformatic study on some diterpenes isolated from a plant, used popularly for the treatment of bone fracture. I am using the program molinspiration.com, some data suggest that these diterpenes have ion channel modulators effects + enzyme inhibition effect + weak protease inhibition effect. How can I construct a relationship with the bone fracture healing property? The isolated diterpenes have no estrogenic effect.
