Is there a relation between pore size of syringe filter with the minimum hydrodynamic diameter particles that are blocked by the filter?

For example, if i use 0.22um filter to filtrate Ag-NPs suspension, will all particles that have a hydrodynamic diameter that are lager than 220nm (0.22um) be blocked by that filter, or some of larger particles (for example, particles that have a hydrodynamic diameter=250nm) cannot be blocked by the filter? If my nano particles have coating on it ( but let's assume they have same size distribution with uncoated NPs), will the coating affect the filtration efficiency?

If I block some aggregated nanoparticles using filtration, will the filtrated nanoparticles have a much slower aggregation rate?
