Hi

I'm currently working on a project and I have to construct a personality questionnaire for assessing personality in job interviews. I want to be sure that the given answer to my questionnaire are honest and with no faking in them.

I want to study some resources about various validity scale and lie scales so that I can use them in my questionnaire.

I would appreciate any recommendations.
