In detail I've analyzed the shape (area, size, diameter, circularity, orientation,....) of cell nuclei. Out of the mean values of each parameter of CTRl vs. treated I want to "draw" an object (black circle) that is created out of the data I've measured to get one picture in which you can see how the "mean cell nuclei" looks like.

yes, there is a possibility, depending on the accuracy of your description.
If you can redefine the parameters that you have come up with into the coeefitients of orthogonal b-spines. Y.ou can take it to your graphic art department who can put this into a 3d modeling program like 3D Studio Max or Google Sketchup to create a surface.

I should mention, that it isn't necesarrily important to create a 3D object. A simple 2D Image would be fine.

Fig4 shows the distribution of the cells (angel compared to the nanostructured surface) but we didn't add all the other data that we measured and they are also quite interesting.

Begining with a 2D homogeneus shape as fitted model (Let´s suposse a eliptical shape), and then using the experimental´s parameters for doing the aproximation

"MatLab" can be used, or if the experimental images are high on precision "ImageJ"

If your nuclei are within a tissue, stereology techniques perhaps could distinguish differences in the treated vs untreated proportional volumes of the nuclei in different tissues.
