To have the SNP data can be more difficult because you need to have an agreement with the researcher who produced the data. You can contact Denise Costich or Sara Hearne  for Maize or Tom Payne or Singh Sukhwinder for wheat, The first two names are for the Genbank administrators and the other two for researchers in genomic.
