Is there a molecule in air which can be targeted with a frequency in the microwave range to induce visible photon emissions?

As stated, out of the common air molecules (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, and Water too), do any of them have an absorption spectrum which contains peaks in the microwave range? Additionally, if given enough energy from a non-coherent (i.e. not a laser) source, could one cause emission in the visible spectrum?
