Have a look at INTRSECT and the other Boolean logic systems coming out of the Stanford Optogenetics labs. It has been a while since I have looked at what they were doing but the origional INTRSECT stuff was some excellent molecular biology. I am not sure if your particular targets are covered, but it gives you a place to start.
