Several genetic risk scores have been developed for complex disease, they are based on association between some SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) and and the disease in question. Some SNPs have been associated with white blood cells count. Is therefore a study that joins all these risk loci in a score associated with higher or lower leukocytes count?

In our experience children before 5 years associate higher levels of Ig concentration with the *2 allele of the enhancer hs1.2 of the Ig heavy chain but not with CD 19 cells.
