I know about TRNSYS, but is quite expensive.
The matter is I want to simulate an absorption cooling sistem with different heat sources, including solar. At the same time I want to analyze investment costs and payback period.

You can try absorption chiller models (Chiller:Absorption or Chiller:Absorption:Indirect) in EnergyPlus. It has example files that simulate the model and can be found in the download folder after installation. You can edit the example file which is best suited for your study. It allows you to connect steam or hot water loop to it.

What i want to do is modelling the system,an absorption cooling system. Afterward, I want to couple the system with a solar collector and solve the whole system (efficiency, payback period, lifecycle cost, CO2 emissions, and so on and so forth).
I already have the data if dynamic behavior of the solar power in Excel, from previous researches.
I can propose you to use Mathcad. With this software you can develop your own model taking into account your cases. see
