I am familiar with the general literature on IQ and development, but do not recall having seen anything on fluoride in the top journals. If fluoride had any important effect, I think this would be widely known and accepted. So, if you want sensible answers here, you need to cite a recent review article on flouride and the CNS as a basis for discussion.

The really convincing evidence needs to come from epidemiological investigations. However, these can often produce false positive results due to failure to identify or control for confounders. Until I see several good quality studies in high impact journals, which will have been thoroughly reviewed, I am not inclined to believe that fluoride has any effect on population IQ.
Thanks Sir,of course,I can not challenge your authority of opinion being a great researcher. Epidemiological evidence really required to convince,Sir ,what is your opinion studies conducted on rats?Kindly let me know in this regard.
My opinion is worthless if someone cites epidemiological evidence of a consistent correlation between fluoride and IQ. Animal experiments, or the use of high doses, are only useful in trying to explain any causal link that is found.
