We are trying to perform mouse liver biliary tree(bile duct) staining, is there a detailed protocol to follow? Any help is highly appreciated.
Warm Regards,
Liang
Dear Liang,
Beside the standard immunohisto method using CD56, you could use follow the biliary tract usind Sirus red as indicator for the presence of connective tissue elements which support the bile ducts (as indirect way).
I hope this is helpful for you.
best wishes
