Can you heat-inactivate the DpnI enzyme? If not, you'll need to use a clean-up kit.

It depends upon what the next step is. If you are doing some subsequent manipulations like a ligation, then you need to clean it up or inactivate the DpnI as the others have mentioned. If you are going to transform directly then there is no real need to clean it up.
