I can find papers that talk a bit about the location of specific ribosomal proteins, but I haven't been able to find a database or something similar that will show me the location of each ribosomal protein within the ribosome. If anybody knows more information on how I might go about finding this, please help out! Thanks!

I found this database of maps showing the sites of modified rRNA nucleotides in three-dimensional models. I think it might be helpful for you.

http://rna.ucsc.edu/rnacenter/ribosome_downloads.html (this site has a lot of structures of ribosomes and link to various databases to browse through)
alternatively you can visualize 3D ribosome using PyMol software and pdb data files.
Each ribosomal protein is identified and you will be able to see the location of the protein.
