Is the Organism Found in Capoeta spp. Stomach Analysis a Parasite?

During stomach content analysis of Capoeta spp., we encountered the organism shown in the image. We would like to confirm whether this structure is a parasite.

Could this be a parasite, or might it be a different biological structure?
If it is a parasite, could you provide insights on its possible taxonomic group?
